This NCLEX-RN Comprehensive Practice Exam has been designed to closely reflect the structure and content distribution of the actual NCLEX-RN test.
The exam is composed of 125 questions, drawn from the four official NCLEX-RN Client Needs categories:
- Safe and Effective Care Environment – Management of Care, Safety & Infection Control, Delegation & Prioritization, etc.
- Health Promotion and Maintenance – Growth & Development, Prenatal & Newborn Care, Screening & Disease Prevention, etc.
- Psychosocial Integrity – Coping Mechanisms, Mental Health Disorders, Crisis Intervention, etc.
- Physiological Integrity – Pharmacological & Parenteral Therapies, Basic Care & Comfort, Reduction of Risk Potential, Physiological Adaptation, etc.
Questions are proportionally distributed in line with the official NCLEX-RN Test Plan, ensuring that the exam provides a realistic simulation of the actual testing experience.
